We proudly stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our skincare products and devices.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer options to ensure a positive experience.
2. 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible purchases:
✅ Try your product for 100 days.
✅ Make it a part of your skincare routine.
✅ If you're not thrilled with the results, contact us to initiate an exchange or a refund process.
Please note, subscription products are not covered by the 100-day money-back guarantee.
3. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

You contact us within 100 days from the date of delivery.

You provide proof of purchase (order number, email address, and name used during purchase).
- To be eligible, you must submit proof demonstrating consistent use of the device for 21 consecutive days. Acceptable forms of proof include dated photos or short video clips showing you using the device daily. Each file must clearly display the date to validate the continuity of use.

For devices: The device must be returned in good working condition with all accessories included.

For serums, creams, and other consumables: Due to strict hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept physical returns; however, alternatives or exchanges may be offered (see below).
4. Return and Refund Policy
Devices:
You may exchange your device for another product of equal or lesser value within 100 days.
If you prefer a refund:

We offer a 50% refund of your original purchase price (device only).
- (50% is retained to cover shipping, inspection, cleaning, restocking, and refurbishing.)
Serums, Creams, and Consumables:

Non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

If dissatisfied, we are happy to send a free alternative product without requiring you to return the original item.
5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 59 minutes of being placed for a full refund.

After 59 minutes, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, please follow our standard return procedure once received.
6. Exchanges
We are committed to helping you find the right product for your skincare goals!
If you would like to initiate an exchange, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative product suited to your needs.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos or a short video of the issue.

We will immediately arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If you purchased Porch Pirate Protection at checkout and your package is lost or stolen, we will immediately issue a replacement.

If you did not purchase protection, we recommend contacting your local carrier.
We cannot guarantee reimbursement for uninsured lost or stolen orders.

If you have not received your refund after the standard processing time:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return labels are not provided unless specifically authorized by our team.

Please do not return any product without contacting our Customer Care Team first.

Changes will apply to all purchases made after the change is posted.
