These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.tryrenewa.com, including any subdomains, affiliated websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”), operated by LRS Brands LLC (DBA Renewa Skin) (“Renewa Skin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS (Section 22). Please read carefully and retain a copy.

These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of tryrenewa.com and related sites and apps (the “Website”), operated by LRS Brands LLC (DBA Renewa Skin). By accessing or using the Website, or by purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility & Website Use. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and can enter this agreement. Our products are not intended for minors.

2. Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Cookies & Tracking. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property. All Website content is owned by or licensed to Renewa Skin and protected by law. Use of the Website grants you no ownership rights.

5. Products for Personal Use Only. Products are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, export, or commercially exploit any product.

6. No Medical Advice. Information on the Website is general and not medical advice. Products and statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or have suitability concerns.

7. Modifications to Website & Pricing. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

8. Payments. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars. By submitting payment information you represent you are authorized to use the payment method. We are not responsible for fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

9. Order Acceptance. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and verification. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

10. Shipping & Delivery. You are responsible for accurate shipping information. Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

11. Optional Checkout Add-On Services. At checkout we may offer optional add-on services through third-party providers (such as shipping protection, satisfaction guarantees, credits, free return shipping, and carbon-offset). These are optional, provided by independent third parties under their own terms, charged separately and shown before you confirm, and selecting or declining them does not affect your purchase or your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Renewa Skin does not underwrite or guarantee any third-party add-on service.

12. Returns & Refunds. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, incorporated by reference. By ordering, you agree that eligibility is subject to the conditions, timelines, and verification in that policy; that certain consumable or sterile single-use items may not be eligible for physical return; that refunds may be partial and subject to deductions where disclosed; and that failure to follow return instructions may result in denial.

13. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal. This Section applies if you enroll in any subscription, auto-replenishment, or “Subscribe & Save” plan (a “Subscription”).

(a) When you enroll, you authorize Renewa Skin and our subscription provider to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis for each delivery, at the price and frequency you select at checkout, until you cancel.

(b) The price, billing frequency, and any introductory or promotional discount are disclosed clearly and conspicuously at checkout before purchase; if a promotional price applies only to your first order(s), the later renewal price is disclosed before you subscribe.

(d) You can pause, edit (products, quantity, frequency, address, payment method), or cancel at any time through your online account or customer portal, the link in any Subscription email, or by contacting info@tryrenewa.com. Because you signed up online, you can cancel online. To stop the next shipment, cancel or pause at least [INSERT CUTOFF] before your next billing date.

(e) Where required by law, we send reminders and how-to-cancel information, and we give clear advance notice of any price or material-term change before it takes effect.

(f) Cancellation stops future renewals; amounts already charged are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, and consumable or sterile single-use items remain non-returnable even on Subscription.

14. Social Media & Third-Party Content. We are not responsible for content posted by third parties on social media or external sites linked from the Website.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Nothing in these Terms disclaims implied warranties to the extent prohibited by law, including for customers who purchase a service contract or extended/Lifetime Protection Plan; in those cases, implied warranties are not disclaimed, consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

16. Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENEWA SKIN IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $500. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

17. Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that use of cosmetic devices and skincare products involves inherent risks, including possible skin irritation or sensitivity, and you assume such risks when using products in accordance with provided instructions.

18. Product Disclosures & Safety Information. Detailed safety information, warnings, and product-specific disclosures are available on our Product Disclosures page, incorporated by reference. You acknowledge that individual results may vary and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

19. SMS Messaging Terms. If you opt in, you consent to recurring automated promotional and transactional SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out anytime by replying STOP. See our SMS / Messaging Terms, incorporated by reference.

20. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renewa Skin from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

21. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or where the consumer-protection law of your home state applies.

22. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

(a) Mandatory binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any product shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

(b) Delegation. The arbitrator, and not any court, has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that it is void or voidable.

(c) Jury and class waiver. You and Renewa Skin knowingly waive any right to a jury trial. All claims must be brought individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

(d) California residents (public injunctive relief). Nothing here prevents you from seeking public injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by California law.

(e) Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by written notice to LRS Brands LLC (DBA Renewa Skin), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, or info@tryrenewa.com.

(f) Time limitation. Any claim must be brought within two (2) years of the event giving rise to it.

23. Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

24. Electronic Communications. By using the Website, you consent to receive communications electronically.

25. Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours without restriction.

26. Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

27. Entire Agreement. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, SMS / Messaging Terms, Product Disclosures, and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renewa Skin.

28. Accessibility Statement

Renewa Skin is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we work on an ongoing basis to improve the accessibility and usability of our website.
