OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR
(b) $500.00 USD.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

a. Mandatory Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any Renewa Skin product shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

b. Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Actions
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND RENEWA SKIN KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
All claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

c. California Residents (McGill Rule Compliance)
Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking public injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by California law.

d. Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by sending written notice to:
