I purchased it primarily for dark circles and mild under eye puffiness. I had one single fine line at the corner of my left eye (I'm 62) and no lines 'crow's feet at my right eye. I noticed that while using the device, my left eye reacted to the EMS, while my right eye did not. I had to adjust the glasses frequently as the left side seemed to have more current than the right. This evening, I felt I had an eyelash in my eye and used my Lumify Eye Drops in both eyes. If you are not familiar with these drops, they truly whiten the sclera of the eye far beyond anything Visine or other eye drops can do. Soon thereafter, I noticed that my right eye (the one receiving much less EMS with the device) appeared noticeably larger than the left. Of course, I found this alarming and got out my magnification mirror to further inspect. Oh dear! What have I done to my eyes? The left eye now has multiple crow's feet, versus the single fine line before I began using the device. In addition, my left eye is now hooded. (making my right eye appear larger) Again, this is the eye that reacted to the EMS (contractions that caused blinking). People, this device has messed up my face. I still have dark circles and mild lower puffiness as before using the device. The only changes are detrimental not improvement. I will NEVER put these glasses on my face again. I spent well over $100 and invested my time to look freakish. If this is not bad enough, there are almost identical devices all over the internet at a fraction on the cost. An additional red flag is that no place on the box is labeled "Renewa Eye lift Device. The top of the box is labeled 'Eye Massager.' The bottom of the box is labeled 'Product name; Eye Beauty Massager," and 'Made in China.' I have no idea how I'm going to repair this mess on my face.
