United States: Free standard shipping on orders of $49.99 or more. Orders below $49.99 ship for a flat fee of $10 USD.

International: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, product launches, promotions, or stock replenishment, processing times may be extended. In rare circumstances, processing may take up to 21 business days before shipment.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 3–10 business days after shipment. We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, location, weather conditions, or peak seasons. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking page at any time to check your shipment's status.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within a very short window after purchase. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may initiate a return once it arrives.
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their local government.

Country-Specific Restrictions & Requirements

Due to local import regulations, customs procedures, and carrier policies, certain products or destinations may have additional requirements or restrictions:

  • Turkey: Beauty tools may be shipped through select channels. Topical/cosmetic products cannot be shipped to Turkey at this time due to local import regulations.
  • Mexico: Beauty tools are currently prohibited from import by Mexican customs. Orders containing beauty tools to Mexico cannot be fulfilled.
  • Brazil: Customs duties and import taxes are often high. Packages are frequently held for customs inspection. Buyers must provide a valid CPF (Brazilian tax ID number) for customs clearance — orders cannot be processed without this.
  • Chile: Customs duties may be high and packages may be subject to inspection or delays.
  • UAE, Hong Kong, Israel & South Africa: A valid and accurate phone number is required for customs clearance and carrier delivery. Orders may be delayed or cancelled without a correct phone number.
  • South Korea: Buyers must provide a valid personal ID number (as required by Korean customs) and their full Korean name. Information must match official identification across all shipping documentation.
  • Middle East (Israel, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan): Due to ongoing conflict in the region, shipments to these locations are temporarily unavailable until further notice.
  • Small or Remote Countries: Delivery times may be longer than standard estimates. Customs procedures may vary and cause additional delays. Risk of package delays, extended inspections, or loss may be higher than in major developed markets.
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays, rejected shipments due to missing documentation, or additional import fees imposed by local authorities. If required information (such as tax ID numbers or phone numbers) is not provided in a timely manner, orders may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.

We offer a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our devices. If you're not satisfied with your results, you can return your device within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. Skincare products (serums, creams) can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (for eligible orders)
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging where possible
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy conditions, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
For returns due to a defect or error on our end, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no charge. For change-of-mind returns within the 100-day window, return shipping costs may apply. Full details are outlined in our Returns Policy.
At this time we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order. Contact [email protected] and we'll do our best to help make the process seamless.

For best results, we recommend using your Renewa device 5–7 times per week for the first 4 weeks, then maintaining with 3–5 sessions per week. Each session is typically 5–10 minutes. Consistency is key — think of it like a fitness routine for your face.
Your device charges via the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 1–2 hours and provides enough power for multiple sessions. The device will indicate when charging is complete via its indicator light. Avoid using the device while it is charging.

Yes — for EMS/microcurrent devices to work effectively, the skin must be moist to allow conductivity. We recommend applying any of our Renewa Skin serums to clean skin before use. Avoid oil-based products directly before use as they can reduce conductivity. Never use the device on completely dry skin.
We recommend the following order:

  • 1. Cleanse your face thoroughly
  • 2. Apply a thin layer of any Renewa Skin serum
  • 3. Use the RenewaLift or EyeLift for your session
  • 4. Follow with your regular moisturizer and SPF (morning) or night cream (evening)
Both morning and evening use are fine. Many customers prefer using it in the evening as part of their wind-down ritual.
After each use, gently wipe the treatment head with a soft, damp cloth or a cotton pad dampened with micellar water. Do not submerge the device in water or use harsh chemical cleaners. Store in the included pouch or a clean, dry place when not in use.

Yes — a mild tingling or buzzing sensation is completely normal and is a sign that the EMS technology is working. You can adjust the intensity level on your device to find a comfortable setting. If you experience any pain, redness that does not subside, or unusual discomfort, discontinue use and contact our support team.
