Shipping-protection and post-purchase services. We share limited transaction data with Onward Group, Inc. (“Onward”) solely to facilitate shipping-protection claims, satisfaction guarantees, credits, and related communications on our behalf. Onward’s practices are governed by Onward’s own privacy policy.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers, including Stripe, Shopify Payments, Afterpay, Finix, and others as applicable. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of your chosen payment provider to understand how they collect, use, and protect your information.

Text Messaging & Mobile Information

If you opt in to text messages, our practices are described in our SMS / Messaging Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or your mobile number for third-party marketing. 

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you may receive a confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact info@tryrenewa.com. Support requests (such as HELP) do not constitute opt-out requests.

Your data. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. We and our service providers use automated systems to record and maintain your consent and opt-out preferences in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and may be affected by factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Canadian Residents (CASL Compliance)

If you are located in Canada, by opting in you expressly consent to receive transactional and marketing text messages from Renewa Skin in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw your consent at any time using the opt-out methods described above.

Sensitive personal information: certain information (such as precise geolocation, login credentials, and payment-related information) may be considered sensitive. We use it only as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill and protect orders, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Data Retention

We retain each category of personal information for the period needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention is determined by the length of our customer relationship; order, warranty, and returns periods; tax, accounting, and recordkeeping laws (generally up to 7 years for transaction records); and fraud-prevention and legal-defense needs.
