1. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

Renewa Skin stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its skincare products and beauty tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer resolution options in accordance with this Policy. Customers are expected to follow all usage and care instructions to ensure fair product evaluation.


2. 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible, non-subscription purchases, subject to the terms below. Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 100 days of the delivery date if they are not satisfied with their purchase. All requests are subject to eligibility verification, product-specific requirements, and approval.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and reviewed, and may exclude shipping, handling, or other non-refundable fees where permitted by law.

Important clarifications:

  • The 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not imply a full cash refund. Beauty tool refunds are subject to the tool-specific refund terms in Section 4.
  • Subscription purchases are not eligible for the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • For best results, we recommend consistent use for at least three months before evaluating product outcomes. Individual results may vary based on skin type, age, and frequency of use.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be pre-authorised. To initiate any return, exchange, or warranty claim, customers must first contact our Customer Care Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Returns received without a valid RMA number will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Once an RMA is issued, customers must ship the product back within 7 days of approval. Returns shipped after this window may not be accepted.
  • The RMA number must be clearly referenced on the outside of the return packaging.

Note: This requirement protects both customers and our team by ensuring all returns are tracked, documented, and processed efficiently.


4. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You contact Renewa Skin within 100 days of delivery
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order number, email address, and purchaser name)
  • You have obtained a valid RMA number before shipping any item back

Beauty Tools

To evaluate beauty tool concerns, Renewa Skin may request photo or video documentation demonstrating the reported issue, and in some cases a short video showing how the tool is being used, to confirm proper usage.

Beauty tools must be returned in good working condition with all original accessories to be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. See Section 5 for the definition of good working conditions.

Serums, Creams, Micro-Infusion Products and Consumables

Due to health and safety regulations, serums, creams, micro-infusion products and consumable products are non-returnable. If dissatisfied, Renewa Skin may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or alternative product without requiring return of the original item.

Promotional Bundle Purchases

If your purchase was part of a promotional bundle (e.g., buy one, get one free or multi-product sets), all items included in the promotion must be returned together to be eligible for a refund. Partial returns of promotional bundles will not be accepted, and any free gifts retained will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Individual outcomes may vary

5. Return and Refund Policy - Beauty Tools

Exchanges

Eligible beauty tools may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value within 100 days of delivery, subject to availability and approval.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund, you may receive 75% of the original purchase price for the beauty tool. Because Renewa Skin beauty tools are personal-use electronic products that require inspection, sanitation, testing, and refurbishment once opened, approved beauty tool refunds are issued at 75% of the original purchase price.

Refunds are subject to approval following the return process. 

Refunds do not include original shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges where applicable, unless required by law. 

The 75% refund rate applies to non-defective returns only. If your beauty tool is defective or arrived damaged, please refer to Section 7 (Damaged or Defective Products), which governs those situations and provides for replacement or full refund where applicable.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund in any of the following circumstances:

  • The return is missing original accessories, packaging, or documentation
  • The return is received without a valid RMA number
  • The returned item does not match the product described in the return request 

Note: Our Customer Care Team can confirm the exact restocking fee applicable to your return before you ship the item back.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders -  Afterpay

Orders placed using Buy Now, Pay Later services (Afterpay) are eligible for store credit only. Cash refunds are not available for this kind of order. Please note that store credit issued by Renewa Skin does not cancel or modify your existing installment obligations with Afterpay. Customers are responsible for contacting Afterpay directly to manage, pause, or dispute any remaining installment payments following a return.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact Renewa Skin within 100 days of delivery
  • Obtain a valid RMA number from our Customer Care Team
  • Ship the product back within 7 days of RMA approval and provide proof of shipping to our team.
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the return package

Unauthorized returns - those received without a valid RMA number - may not be accepted.

Proof of Shipment

Proof of shipment is required for all returns and must include a valid tracking number and shipping receipt. Renewa Skin is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Condition of Returned Beauty Tools - Definition of Good Working Condition

A beauty tool is considered to be in good working condition if it powers on, functions as intended, and has not been damaged due to misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, or use outside provided instructions.

Beauty tools showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized repair may be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange. 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error by Renewa Skin. 

Inspection & Processing

All returned beauty tools are inspected upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary. 

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7–15 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. BNPL orders will receive store credit. 


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 59 minutes of being placed. 

After this window, orders enter our fulfillment queue and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. If you need to cancel after 59 minutes, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible - we will make every effort to stop the shipment if fulfillment has not yet begun, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in processing. Orders that have already been fulfilled remain eligible for return or exchange under the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to applicable terms.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Renewa Skin within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.

Resolution is tiered based on when the fault is identified:

Note: Warranty periods are calculated from the original purchase date and are not reset or extended with replacement devices. 

Lifetime warranty holders are eligible for multiple replacements. 


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered-Not-Received Packages

Shipping Protection Purchased

Customers who purchased shipping protection or a plan with protection coverage at checkout and whose packages are lost or stolen will receive a replacement.

No Shipping Protection - Delivered-Not-Received

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we will offer a one-time free replacement subject to the following steps:

  • First, check your mailbox, all secure delivery spots, and ask neighbours whether they received the package on your behalf.
  • If still not located, wait 48 hours - carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.
  • If the package has still not arrived after 48 hours, contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and a confirmation of your shipping address.

Please note: refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. Only a one-time free replacement will be issued per order. This does not affect any rights you may have to dispute a charge with your payment provider or credit card issuer. Customers who did not purchase protection coverage remain responsible for contacting their local carrier to open an investigation.

Note: Once a package is marked as delivered, Renewa Skin is not responsible for theft unless shipping protection was purchased.


9. Onward Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional Add-On)

At checkout, you may have the option to add Onward Checkout+ - a suite of optional post-purchase services provided by Onward Group, Inc. If you selected Onward Checkout+ at checkout, your order may be covered by one or more of the following:

Shipping Protection - covers loss, theft, or damage in transit

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - provides coverage for dissatisfied purchases up to 90 days from delivery, subject to Onward's terms

CashBack Credits - discount credits applicable to future purchases

Free Return Shipping - return shipping cost coverage where applicable

Onward Checkout+ services are provided by Onward, not by Renewa Skin, and are subject to Onward's own terms and conditions. To file a claim or request assistance for an Onward-covered service, use the self-service claims portal linked in your Onward confirmation email, or visit useonward.com.The Onward 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from and does not replace Renewa Skin's own 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers who purchased Onward Checkout+ may have access to both, subject to the terms and eligibility conditions of each program.


10. Exchanges

Renewa Skin is committed to helping customers select products aligned with their skincare goals. Customers requesting an exchange will receive assistance in selecting a suitable alternative. Exchanges are subject to product availability, eligibility review, and the terms of this Policy.


11. Lifetime Warranty (Selected Beauty Tools Only)

Renewa Skin offers an optional Lifetime Warranty for select beauty tools as a one-time purchase at checkout. This warranty is separate from and does not replace the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or this Return & Refund Policy.

What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

The Lifetime Warranty covers functional defects and damage resulting from normal, intended use of the beauty tool for the lifetime of the product. At its discretion, Renewa Skin may repair the beauty tool or replace it with the same or a comparable model.

What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Lost or stolen beauty tools
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents (including drops or liquid exposure)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
  • Damage resulting from use outside provided instructions
  • Consumables and accessories (unless explicitly stated)
  • Warranty Claims Process

To submit a Lifetime Warranty claim, customers must:

  • Provide proof of purchase and proof of Lifetime Warranty purchase
  • Submit photos or videos demonstrating the issue
  • Return the beauty tool if requested for inspection
  • Shipping costs associated with warranty claims may apply unless otherwise required by law.

Additional notes:

  • The Lifetime Warranty is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Replacement under warranty does not reset or extend coverage
  • Cosmetic replacements may differ in color or finish based on availability

12. How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Request Assistance

  • Order number
  • Full name and email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the issue or request
  • Supporting photos or videos where applicable

13. Refund Process & Timing

Once a returned product is received and inspected, Renewa Skin will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. BNPL orders (Afterpay) will receive store credit.

Please allow 7-15 business days after refund approval for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the standard processing timeframe:

  • Recheck your bank account or payment method
  • Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
  • Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required
  • If you have completed all the steps above and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@tryrenewa.com

14. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delays caused by customs processing are outside Renewa Skin's control.


15. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Renewa Skin reserves the right to limit, deny, or void returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or inconsistent documentation.

Patterns that may be flagged for review include (but are not limited to):

  • Frequent returns or exchanges within short timeframes
  • Evidence of a product being used and then returned
  • Returned items that do not match the product described in the return request
  • Multiple accounts associated with the same address or payment method exhibiting similar patterns
  • Inconsistent or contradictory documentation across multiple requests

If we determine that activity constitutes abuse or fraud, we reserve the right to deactivate the associated account and any accounts linked to it after investigation and notice to the customer. If you believe a decision has been made in error, please contact our Customer Care Team to discuss.


16. Policy Changes

Renewa Skin reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted on our website. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
